By building and racing CO2 Dragsters, students will be introduced to several areas of technology -- design, aerodynamics and friction. Students will be introduced to several hand tools and power tools in basic woodworking and will build several small woodworking projects. As safety is a very important factor in this class, students must score 100% on safety tests prior to using every machine. Required fee: $25.

Students learn how to use the radial arm saw, table saw, planner, and shaper. Students will be given safety tests on every machine. Projects will be more sophisticated than in Industrial Arts I. Required fee: $25.
