The school will NOT be offering physicals this year. You will need to get one on your own during the summer.
All athletes that will be a 7th, 9th or 11th grade, for the 2009-2010 year, will need a physical . If your child, of any grade level 7th-12th has had a major injury such as a broken bone, surgery or a hospital stay, etc. they will need a new physical also.
You can also find ALL the other athletic forms that ALL student athletes are required to turn in at the beginning of the year. Some of them can be emailed directly to the athletic trainer.
